It’s Spring time and then means it’s time to start dusting those clothes off that have been sitting at the back of the wardrobe. It’s always hard to know exactly what to wear, especially in old blighty where it’s sunny one minute and raining the next.
When I was in Bath last week I went to Salisbury. When I was in Salisbury I found a lovely vintage shop where I bought this 1960s suede skirt. I love it. Yes it is short and yes it is totally awesome!
Today the sun was shining, the birds were singing (and so was I as I waited in the cold at the bus stop) and I was full of joy!
So today is my second day of working in the UK. I’ve never been so cold before.
I’m trying to go to heaps of places that I love in Auckland before heading off on my OE (Overseas Experience). Today my mum and I went to the Auckland Museum too have a look at the Air NZ 75 Years Exhibition.
I love 1950s style shorts. The high waisted look is classic.
Today I paired my black high waisted shorts with my heart shirt from ASOS.
This was a great outfit for summer and I only got a little bit burnt.
I ended up wearing my sandals by iPanema. They are the most amazing sandals because they are so comfortable.
A beautiful day here in Rotorua.

It’s no secret. I love vintage clothes. If I could afford to buy true vintage constantly, I would. But unfortunately, vintage clothes are getting more and more expensive.
I have had the busiest weekend, so I am going be posting yesterdays and todays posts this evening.
Yesterday was Friday. Finally. I love the weekend. I don’t want to wish my life away by being like ‘I can’t wait for the weekend’ all the time. But Friday is by far my favourite day of the week.
I’ve been very inspired by fashion from different decades this week!
