How I relax and unwind.

I’m a pro at relaxing and chilling and have devised the perfect way to unwind.

Sundays are the ultimate chill day. I wish I could say I go out for brunch with friends, but I’d be lying if I did! I love a good brunch, but I love just staying home on Sundays and relaxing with a good book, a cup of tea and some music.

Book Review: The Single Girl’s To Do List by Lindsey Kelk

I recently read this book on my computer.  No, I didn’t download it illegally.  I read on Auckland Library’s overdrive.  That means you can rent the book as an ebook.

My 8 Favourite Books

I am an avid reader.  When I was at High School, the librarian let me take out extra books because I was an avid reader and I pretty much stayed in the library most lunches and morning teas.  Mainly because my friends weren’t very good friends anymore and I needed an escape from everything that was going on.

Book Review: Shopaholic To The Stars

I love reading.  It is one of my favourite ways to relax.

My favourite books are the Shopaholic ones.  I love how Becky is always getting into sticky situations and tries to get herself out of them.

In this book, Becky has moved to Hollywood as her husband, Luke, is working as a manager for a superstar called Sage Seymour.  Becky decides that she simply must be a celebrity stylist and is determined that Sage will be her first customer.

Becky also encounters an old enemy (Alicia Bitch Long-Legs) who has apparently changed her nasty ways.

This book is such a great read.  I love books that make me actually laugh out loud – it means that it is actually funny.  I also feel really embarrassed for Becky because she is trying really hard (too hard) to get into the spotlight.

Out of all the Shopaholic books I’d say that this is one of my favourites, closely followed by Shopaholic Ties the Knot and Shopaholic and Baby.  It is hard putting them in a list of favourite to least favourite because they are all as good as each other!

Who else has read the Shopaholic series?
