I’m Home and an awesome new OOTD.

I finally got home on Monday afternoon.  My mum was waiting in the airport and I was stuck behind these slow walkers…I was yelling (in my head) hurry up – because I could see her but these people were just dawdling along.

I finally got to here and I just burst into tears.  Happy tears.

It is so nice to be back home for a month or so.  I’m having a great time here and feel so relaxed.  It was like as soon as I left Sydney I felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders.

And now, since I have a photographer again, I can do proper OOTD posts without having to balance my phone on random things like bicycles and window ledges.

On Tuesday I wore:

My red knit sweater top from Rocket Originals (based on a 1930s pattern) and my black skirt from H&M.

The boots are from New Look and are suede, so I don’t often wear them in winter.  But I thought I might as well because they really put the outfit/look together.

I have been quite busy since returning home.  I went out last night with my brother and we spend the afternoon/early evening going to a few pubs/bars.

First we went to Vulture’s Lane on Vulcan Lane- we had a burger and fries.  Very yummy.

Best burger I’ve had in a long time.

We then went to Jack Tar at the Wynyard Quarter and had a drink.

It was really nice being able to talk with my brother about everything.  I’ve really missed my siblings.  I can’t wait to see my sister this weekend.  She is travelling up to Auckland from Tauranga.
