This afternoon I made a lemon tart. Unfortunately the recipe I was going to use needed cream, so I had to look for one online without cream.
I made the sweet shortcrust pastry by myself.

I was going to use the filling recipe from the above book too. But like I said before I didn’t have any cream so I managed to find this one:
It’s not too bad, but I think next time I’ll make sure I have cream so that I can make one from the book.
The recipe book is really good. I highly recommend it!
