Katey Bakes: Devils Chocolate Cake

This cake lives up to its name.  It is truly devilishly good.  It is one of those cakes that always turns out well.  Plus, it is fat free (well, margarine/butter free).

In order to make this cake, you need to:

Once it is ready, take it out of the oven and leave to cool.

I like to make Lemon Butter Icing to go with this cake.  Lemon icing and chocolate go really well together.   The icing kind of defeats the purpose of this cake being ‘fat free’!
