What I Wore Today

It was a warm day today.  Not feeling like Autumn at all!  Still running round in my Summer clothes!

I don’t know what is wrong with my camera.  The photos keep turning out blurry.  Or I turn into a white blob. It’s really irritating.

Anyway, I’m wearing:

Blue miniskirt by Asos

Retro style wedge sandals by No 1 Shoes

Blingy Peter Pan collar top from Boohoo.  I was actually surprised with this top.  I was expecting it to be really cheap looking, because the prices are pretty cheap on Boohoo (and other things I have bought on there have not been what the pictures have shown – they look better online than in real life!).

I hope you all have a great weekend!

So, even though I’m on holidays (yip, that’s right…teacher’s have the best job ever!), it’s still great for you all that it’s Friday!

Go out, celebrate, have a drink for me.  I’m sitting at home at 10.30 on a Friday night.

  1. You look very cute, and you say in your bio that you´re a teacher….If I had a teacher like you when I was a teenager I´d probably wouldn´t be able to concentrate in class. Not that girls made me not concentrate now that I think about it………
You´re dream is to work in the fashion industry, I´m sure you´ll get there.

      1. I´m sure of that, I don´t know how old are the kids that you teach but I have an idea, once a week you make it “fashion day” don´t know if the boys will be very thrill by it but the girls I´m sure, most of them at least. Plus you can torture that way the boys just a bit.

      2. Haha, I teach 5 and 6 year olds. It’s funny to see their little personalities. I keep getting asked if I’m wearing my church clothes. I work at a low socio economic school so most of the kids and parents only have Sunday best! I think a fashion day would be awesome! I should introduce it.

      3. 5 and 6 year olds….and after spending so much time with those little monsters you still have no thoughts of suicide? You´re actually my hero.

I didn´t grow up rich, nor I am, far from it to say the least. But I´m sure you can find very cheep clothes that looks good on the outside although really is crap. I wore a crappy suit for my first year of work, had only one suit and I made it look like I bought it from Georgio Armani. A lot of cleaning though to make that thing look as if wasn´t the same one as the day before and before. Point being, that they can enhance their creativity with cheap clothes making it look real fashion high end kind of stuff.
Hey, I should be part time teacher, don´t think I can handle all day long with those monsters( yes they are monsters I still remember my younger sister at that age) but half of the day, I´d make a great teacher.

      4. Nope, not at all! Haha. I’m not saying that you can’t buy cheap clothes that look nice. It’s just a lot of the kids and parents don’t have nice clothes. There are more important things in the world than clothes though – for example providing for their family. It’s funny seeing the difference between the higher economic area school and this school I’m at now (I just moved to this school) – the kids at my last school were so different – they had the latest technology, toys everything. Be a relief teacher – they are more sane than full time teachers. 😀 Younger siblings are the best (I’m the youngest out of my brother and sister, so I am biased 😀 )

      5. The kids with money may have the cool toys but at the end kids are kids and pretty much they will do the same mischief´s at the end of the day.

So you´re the youngster…..I feel for your brother. I know what is like. Give him my blessings.

      6. Of course. That’s why I love teaching, kids are so interesting and do silly things (which I laugh at of course…life’s too short to be angry!). Mwahahahah. My brother loves me for who I am…I think. And my older sister too. Actually, I’m pretty sure they both get irritated with me. But they irritate me too. So all’s fair! 😀

      7. I was actually the protector for the little one, since I´m almost 10 years older than she is. So I scared the s..t of her so called boyfriends when she was younger. Those where fun times. Now she´s the one who has her act together and helps me, quite a turn around.

      1. Cute dog, I have two, or had two the boy dog died about 4 days ago now it´s only the sister that we have left. 9+ years she is the same as her late brother so we don´t expect her to live much longer. They are a bit bigger than Pipi, Bullmastiff, which basically they´re like a boxer but twice as big.

      2. Awww, that’s sad 😦 I’m sorry for you! Dogs really are peoples best friends! I hope she doesn’t leave you too soon. It is terrible to lose animals in quick succession. We used to have 2 cats (mother and daughter) and Pipi. But both of the cats died within 1 year of each other. So Pipi is an only child/pet now.
